All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, and we promise to make the process as easy as possible. All domestic orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To ship an item back to FORWARD, simply pack your item and invoice into the return envelope/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. To mail your package, you can:

Drop your package at a UPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end).
Leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS pick-up.

Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached.

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface so always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with shoes.

These were bought for my 9 year old son. He loves them. They are a little big on him in the ankle but hes just a shoe size 6 so thats a hard size to get socks for. Overall these are great. He says they are comfortable and he loves the colors.

Did not come with Rfid even though it stated it would from this vendor and one of the main reasons it was purchased.

Very disappointing. The buckle feels very cheap and it's difficult to open when adjusting the length.

Finally the search is over! Finally!! I should have ordered this bag FIRST but I ordered two other ones instead and I returned them. Because the cell phone case was way too small and the whole bags were too small or too bad quality. This bag is perfect and holds my credit cards a place for my keys and my phone which is an LG v20 fits perfect, which is a pretty big phone, although very slim. 6.4 screen. so I'm so thrilled with this bag. I thought I wasn't going to like the material, but I really do like it,it's not cheap looking, it's very sturdy actually when you get everything put into it. I stopped carrying big purses when I became disabled with my back and I just wanted something that would put everything in one spot and this couldn't be more perfect plus it's very, very, stylish and I love it!!!I highly recommend this bag!!

This is relatively good for a stretch sock. It is some 92% cotton. But if you size is near the top of the range of a stretch sock, it will squeeze your foot in a way which cannot be healthy. If you want really happy customers, carry old-fashioned one-size socks.

Sharper looking (imo) and less common than ordinary Aviators these 55mm Caravans were delivered in perfect condition. A high quality metal frame is perfectly married with a pair of exceptionally clear G-15XLT glass lenses that give a natural view of the world and do not over saturate colours which can become tiresome after a time.
I have many pairs of expensive sunglasses including Oakley and other Ray Bans but these Caravans have instantly become my go-to glasses - highly recommended.

Bought these for my daughter. Both me and her couldnt fit a couple of the, they were to small. Shes 13. Some fell apart first week. I did manage to fix them.

The reason I gave this 4 stars is because they are just above my knees. I prefer shorts to be at the level of my knee. I am 5' 11'' tall.

Other than this, the shorts are great. They are loose fitting and make great running shorts. Would buy again!

Great improvement to the old roller mechanism. I like that there is no slippage and easy to adjust. Time will tell if the stamped hinges will last.
